1 year of rental assistance for families moving out of homelessness into stable housing.
Security and Utility deposits are included in the program to reduce barriers to accessing housing.

BRIDGE TO HOME TRANSITIONAL SHELTER*
Transitional shelter including childcare for families with children under 18 to allow for parents to pursue educational goals.
Partnership with local schools/technical programs to increase student-parents' access to education and career opportunities.
Comprehensive and trauma informed case management with an experienced Master's level caseworker.

STRENGTHENING HOME FAMILY ENRICHMENT

Holistic support via Kids Group, family activity days, extracurricular activities, community building, resource networks, on-site educational health and therapeutic supports.
Nurtures strong family foundation and healthy childhood development via recreation and on-site community resources.

Over 1,000 volunteers engage with us each year to provide tutoring, child enrichment, site work days, meals and maintenance assistance.
Collaboration is at our core and our staff participates in numerous different formal alliances to advocate for affordable housing for families in our community.
Comprehensive and trauma informed support for families in residential programs with an experienced Master's level team lead and volunteers.
We regularly provide education in the community on the growing issue of family homelessness and how you can help impact change.
